Tahitian Noni - Payplan flaws
What is the deal with Tahitian Noni that topguns are leaving |

| Your prediction has come true. I remember back in the 90s you said that eventually the top leaders of Morinda (now Tahitian International) would move on to another company in time because of the deficiencies in the program. I heard that the Topgun organization has left it. What is your perspective of this move? Tom |

Hi Tom,
Yes you are right that I predicted this back in 1996. My perspective was the reason that I turned down the opportunity to be one of its primary lead distributors. I could see that there were certain factors that would eventually create massive attrition and lead to its tops distributors moving on to something else.
Robert Dean, Rob, Herschel, Donna & Larry etc are Tahitian Noni's top leaders and were earning more than a million plus per year. The sad thing is that Robert the leader doesn't understand why his organization has been falling in volume. He mentions in his conference call recording that his volume has been failing but gives that wrong reasons why.
This is same mistake that so many top leaders make in MLM. They are great builders but do not understand the underlining dynamics that create a strong foundation for lasting growth and stability. Companies go out of business, level off in growth and the owners do not understand why. The leads do not understand why. They think they do and move on to another company with the same flawed marketing philosophies that continue to create failure down the line.
Such companies can put off the appearance of struggle by expanding over seas and continue to register fairly good growth. The key to the strength of a company is what is happening in its home market. This is the indicator of how healthy its marketing strategies are.
Robert is moving on to MonaVie. MonaVie has many of the same marketing flaws that TNI does. In seven to ten years we will read where Robert is retiring to write books or moving on to another company. Hopefully not because I wish everyone success. I am simply sharing my opinion based on my 41 years of networking and the studies of the industry that I have financed. Robert is a very good networker and leader.
There is a building side to networking and there are dynamics that support lasting success. These dynamics including the product philosophy of the company, marketing philosophy and strategy of the company and leaders and support strategies. Compensation strategy is also important.
When I selected 4Life from the 342 companies that were studied, I looked at dynamics that I believed would afford some of these traps. I believe 4Life will continue its successful journey for decades to come. Be blessed. Mike
